- Students with a GPA between 2.75–2.99 may be considered for Provisional admission (domestic applicants only)
GRE Scores:
- Required for PhD-EDP — minimum combined Verbal + Quantitative score of 305 (post-2010 exam)
- NOT required for MS-BCSM — you may safely omit GRE from your MS application

🎓 Accelerated Master’s Programme (Fast-Track Option)
Current Virginia Tech undergraduate Building Construction students with a cumulative GPA of 3.3 and an in-major GPA of 3.5 can apply to the Accelerated Undergraduate/Graduate (UG/GR) Programme. This allows:
